Managed all orders for wholesale carrier interconnections, domestic and international, along with a team of five provisioners.  Created new processes for cross-organizational workflows including new installations, hot cuts, and disconnections. Organized daily trackers and spreadsheets. Traveled to UK and Argentina offices to unify process flows and audit circuit inventory, equipment inventory, and trunk configurations for XNG database.  Trained new employees and wrote training documents.  Approved all circuit reterms.

Team Leader – International Provisioning

Responsible for all international orders and partnerships that interconnected in the US.  Ordered all E1 capacity to cableheads. Managed all compression gear orders, i.e. IGATE, ECI, and RAD. Attended regular meetings to discuss progression of high level orders.   Analyzed network for interconnect solutions.

• Implemented provisioning processes for international orders

• Managed PoP moves in Miami and LA

• Consolidated backbone network onto IRU accounts to reduce connectivity costs

Network Domestic Provisioner

Managed all orders for commercial wholesale orders from initiation to turn up.  Acted as a liaison between commercial, engineering, and operations.  Procured bandwidth for T1 and T3 facilities with local loop providers and longhaul providers.  Negotiated bandwidth set up including POI, access provider, trunk group signaling, and circuit line coding/framing.  Tracked and provided billing information to commercial.

• Installed all connections for a new DMS installation including carriers interconnects and IMT connections
